- ✓2 tbsp RAIZADA One-for-All Magic Curry Mix
- ✓500g firm white fish (snapper, ling, basa), cubed
- ✓400ml coconut milk
- ✓1 tomato, diced
- ✓Juice of half a lemon
METHOD
- 1Simmer the Magic Curry Mix with tomato and 100ml water for 5 min.
- 2Add coconut milk, bring to a gentle simmer.
- 3Slide in fish, cook 6–8 min until just flaking.
- 4Finish with lemon juice and fresh coriander.
