After owning and running four restaurants  across South island New Zealand, I discovered my true passion — creating authentic, five-star quality curry blends that anyone can cook at home. Over the 20 years of being serving indian cuisine, I’ve perfected my spice mixes to capture the rich, traditional flavours of dishes like Butter Chicken, Korma, Vindaloo, Rogan Josh, Tikka Masala, Saag and many more of the classics and make it easy to cook it within the comfort of your own home. 

I created my Spices mixes as a heartfelt tribute to our beloved customers that supported us over our 20 years in New Zealand plus the travellers worldwide who came back to visit us on holiday,you have shaped my life and inspired my cooking and recipes. My dream is to see my curry blends and recipes in every home that loves indian food and for the process to be as easy as possible, bringing Families & friends together through the love of food, flavour, and connection.
