INGREDIENTS

  • 3 tbsp RAIZADA One-for-All Magic Curry Mix
  • 1 kg lamb shoulder, cubed
  • 2 onions, sliced
  • 400g tinned tomatoes
  • 300ml water or stock

METHOD

  1. 1Brown lamb in batches, set aside.
  2. 2Sauté onions until soft, add Magic Curry Mix and tomatoes.
  3. 3Return lamb, add stock, simmer covered 1.5–2 hrs (or 6 hrs slow cooker).
  4. 4Finish with fresh coriander. Serve with rice or naan.
