- ✓3 tbsp RAIZADA One-for-All Magic Curry Mix
- ✓1 kg lamb shoulder, cubed
- ✓2 onions, sliced
- ✓400g tinned tomatoes
- ✓300ml water or stock
METHOD
- 1Brown lamb in batches, set aside.
- 2Sauté onions until soft, add Magic Curry Mix and tomatoes.
- 3Return lamb, add stock, simmer covered 1.5–2 hrs (or 6 hrs slow cooker).
- 4Finish with fresh coriander. Serve with rice or naan.
